September 12th, 2007 - ROSSETTI, Carolina (Matarazzo) Rossetti, 83, of Raynor St., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, (September 12, 2007) at Southington Care Center.
She was the wife of Marco Rossetti. She was born on March 18, 1924, in Castel Campagnano, Italy, and was the daughter of the late Raffaele and Candida (Mongillo) Matarazzo.
Carolina was a devoted Catholic being a member of St. Thomas Church and was committed to her family and friends.
Carolina leaves her husband Marco; two daughters Giuseppina DeMarco and her husband Pasquale and Connie Ciaburri and her husband Ralph all of Southington; four beloved and devoted grandchildren, Angela Taylor and her husband Timothy of Buffalo, NY, Marco DeMarco of Southington, Lucio DeMarco and his wife Rachel of Plymouth, and Michael Ciaburri of Southington; the lights of her life, three great-granddaughters Amanda, Carolyn and Natale Taylor.
Carolina's two brothers, Antonio Matarazzo of Italy, baby brother Pasquale Matarazzo and his wife Concetta of Canada, brother-in-law Pasquale Rossetti and his wife Rita and sister-in-law Giovanna DelBuono and her husband Guido all of Southington and sister-in-law Carmela Rossetti of Italy along with several nieces and nephews in Connecticut, Canada and Italy.
Although she was afflicted with a number of health issues she fought to stay with her family.

November 17th, 2010 - Marco Rossetti, 85, of Southington, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Nov. 17, 2010 at the HCC at Bradley Memorial. He was the husband of the late Carolina (Matarazzo) Rossetti.
He was born on May 7, 1925, in Castel Campagnano, Italy, and was the son of the late Giuseppe and Concetta (Marotta) Rossetti.
Marco was a devoted Catholic being a member of St. Thomas Church and was committed to his family and friends. He loved to garden and share the fruits of his labor with his family and friends. Marco loved to make wine and treasured playing cards with his grandchildren.
Marco leaves two daughters Giuseppina DeMarco and husband Pasquale and Connie Ciaburri and husband Ralph all of Southington, four beloved and devoted grandchildren, Angela Taylor and husband Timothy, Marco DeMarco, Lucio DeMarco and wife Rachel and Michael Ciaburri; the lights of his life four great-grandchildren, Amanda, Carolyn, Natale Taylor and Kenneth DeMarco; a brother Pasquale Rossetti and wife Rita; brother-in-law Pasquale Matarazzo and wife Concetta, also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends both here and abroad. He was predeceased by two sisters Carmela Rossetti and Giovanna DelBuono.
