She was the beloved wife for 50 years of Guido DelBuono. Born in Castel Campagnano, Italy, the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Concetta Rossetti.
She was a parishioner of St. Thomas Church. She is survived by her loving children, Patricia Pierina Semplice and her husband Chris, Andrew DelBuono and his wife Beth, Joseph DelBuono and his wife AnnaMaria all of Southington; a sister, Carmella Rossetti of Italy, two brothers, Marco and Pasquale Rossetti both of Southington, four beloved and devoted grandchildren, Peter, Elizabeth, Gisella and Thomas.
December 14th, 2008 - Guido DelBuono, 78, formerly of Walnut St. died Sunday, December 14, 2008, at the Summit of Plantsville, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Giovannina DelBuono.
Born on Aug. 25, 1930 in Alviginanello, Ruviano, province of Caserta, Italy, the son of the late Andrea and Filomena (Cusano) DelBuono. Guido brought his family from Italy to America in 1964.
He had a passion for gardening and making wine. Prior to his retirement he was employed at Flanders School in Southington.
He is survived by his loving children, Patricia Pierina Semplice and husband Chris, Andrew DelBuono and wife Beth, Joseph DelBuono and wife AnnaMaria all of Southington, 4 cherished and devoted grandchildren, Peter, Elizabeth, Gisella and Thomas, 2 brothers Vincenzo and Romualdo DelBuono and a sister Louisa DelBuono Urbano all of Caserta, Italy, also many nieces, nephews, close friends and relatives.
